Why choose holiday photos of your horse? Because it's fun! (They also make great gifts). We share so many life adventures with our equine companions - and I didn't know how to 'celebrate' with my horses. I started out grabbing a garland and photographing my own horses with them, which became a fun way to celebrate. Then I progressed to offering to holiday portraits with others' horses.

Above shows the garlands that I currently have. You are more than welcome to use one of mine - or if you prefer to make your own that is great too! I frequently shop at Michaels for materials or premade garlands. If you decide to DIY a garland, you are wanting 6' garland for a full sized horse.

Garlands are not required to participate! Take a photo without a wreath and with a wreath. Black background or non black background. I want your vision to come true with your holiday photos.

If you have multiple horses, it may be more cost efficient to choose one of the regular Collections located on the investment page. If you're not sure, I'd be more than happy to chat!

Majority of horses shown above are in the traditional pose that is very flattering to majority of equine bodies. Pretend you are standing in front of your horse. You want him at a 45 degree angle from you - from there you want still hooves and allow him to move his head! **Whichever angle we take portraits of your pony, we always want still hooves!**. Practice makes perfect before your photoshoot!
